On behalf of our international VIP clients we are currently seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Butler to take care of the principal and travel with him as required.

Primarily based in Doha, the role is a mix of traditional day-to-day Butler duties and service plus, inventorying the Principal’s wardrobe, providing fashion advice and follow up with orders and deliveries, packing and unpacking cases.

Ideal Butler must be hands on, calm, organised plus flexible regarding tasks required.
The Principal expects a seamless operation and requires someone very well presented, with a keen eye for detail and lots of initiative.

Primary responsibilities/duties:
  • Knowledge of etiquette and protocol and the ability to represent
  • General Butler duties such as serving tables, serving at table, taking care of the humidor and cigar inventory
  • Preparing and serving tea and coffee for meetings and other functions
  • Coffee and cigar expertise are a plus
  • Travelling with the Principal
  • Taking care of the Principal’s wardrobe while travelling
  • Being responsible for the spotless presentation of the Principal’s surroundings
  • Some PA duties such as organising reservations/bookings etc.
  • Meeting and greeting of guests
  • To immediately learn (from observation or inquiry, as appropriate) all household and personal needs of the Principals, and to then anticipate, obtain, and conduct timely, thoughtful, discreet and delivery of any such needed items or services
  • Supervising/managing staff at the Principal office and his household.
  • Experienced in delivering a thoughtful discreet and unobtrusive service
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Reports directly to the Principal or his PA
Skills required
  • Previous (long-term) experience in a similar role
  • Discreet, loyal, patient, and prepared to juggle different itineraries
  • Be able to think ahead at all times and see to the Principal’s every need
  • Have excellent communication skills - sense for the latest high-end fashion (minimalist, discreet fashion)
  • Provide styling advice and prepare outfits for travel
  • Able to order fashion items and develop relationship with international fashion brands
  • Make things happen in limited time or information
  • Excellent English - iPhone, iPad, Apple TV savvy
Working Hours: Full time

Salary: Up to 50,000 Euros per annum negotiable + accommodation + food provided


Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
