- We are looking for a professional Chef to work for our Private Client based in Kensington
The position is permanent, full-time, live-out 5 days per week with 2 days off.
Duties required but not limited to:
- Daily provision of lunch and dinner for family of 4 and staff of approximately 10 members.
- All family meals are 3 courses, individually plated, and need to be of exceptional quality of both taste and presentation.
- The principals have very high standards and while there are no allergies, each family member has their own distinct preferences.
- Guests for meals can often be very last-minute as well.
- Cuisine is predominantly modern European/Mediterranean, but some Asian flavours are also popular from time to time.
- The cooking style: light, fresh and healthy.
- The family have 1 full time chef already, and need a second so that each can cover the other's days off, plus work together when the clients are entertaining.
- There would be a requirement for each chef to travel to the French property for approximately one month over the summer period (July or August).
- The family are based full-time in London during school terms, and tend to travel abroad during the holidays.
Salary offered: £60k
Start – ASAP
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
