- Description
- Our private family is seeking for an experienced family housekeeper for their family home based in Kensington West London.
This is a family of five which includes 3 school-age children, a full-time nannies.
You will be responsible for cleaning, washing and ironing, making and changing beds -wardrobe management and arranging dry cleaning and errands.
This is a large home, with many stairs, so essential that you are fit and energetic, with previous long-term references and experience. It is essential that you have previous experience working in a private family home and have experience of special finishes, cleaning and caring for silver, antiques and fine fabrics.
You must enjoy working with children. Flexibility, a happy disposition, good team player and being part of the family for the long term is essential. Most important is a happy, flexible, energetic person, who takes pride in their work, with a good level of English looking for a long-term position.
Essential Requirements;
Previous Experience working in a large family home. Ability to manage the household.
Good communication skills.
Great attention to detail, experience with fine Art, fine fabrics and Antiques. Household and Personal Laundry and
Wardrobe management.
Team Player with a happy, friendly disposition.
Child and dog friendly.
Working Day(s) and Hour(s): 09:00 - 7:00(pm) 8-10 hours a day /5days a week with a degree of flexibility. You will have (2) day(s) off per week
Salary: Negotiable and depending on experience for the best candidate
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
