- One of our private clients based in Oklahoma City, USA are looking for a French speaking Teacher to join their fully staffed home and teach their Twins born July 2019.
This is a lovely, warm, and welcoming family who is looking for a Teacher who is professional and has experience working with children of similar age,
confident/comfortable to be sole charge but also work alongside Mum (both parents have busy work schedules but are keen to be involved in the children’s lives), have an interest in child development, gentle, kind, warm, switched on with a positive attitude, Dog friendly (the family have a Labrador Retrievers and a German Shepard).
The role is designed to provide the children French language instruction, a simulated preschool experience in-home or during travel.
Duties:
- May travel with the family (mostly New York, London and Dubai over the past year)
- Speak French to children and teach them proper French with proper grammar and a vast vocabulary.
- Work with them to speak French
- Teaching them to read and write French sentences.
- Teaching through immersion and specific teaching lesson plans / activities.
- Organise activities that are learning through play
- Clean up after the children
Days & Hours of work:10:00AM – 5:00PM, 5 days a week (the children will be ice skating or sleeping for 2-4 hours of this time)
When Mum is travelling:from 8:00AM – 8:00PM
If the French Teacher is open to weekend time, the family is open to that as well.
Accommodation:will be self-contained

Salary: from £800 net per week depending on experience/qualifications/working hours
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
