We are looking for a professional Private Chef to work for our high-profile Client based in the St Johns Wood.
The position is permanent, live-in or live-out, full-time: Monday Friday 11:00am – 8:00pm (with 1 hour break each day)
Saturdays ½ day only
Duties:
- Cooking Vegan /Vegetarian food for one Principle
- Managing, organising kitchen
- Ordering supplies
- Ordering foods from Ocado online
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of healthy cuisine
- Understands costs of fresh fish etc..
- Understands dietary requirements (the Principal is Gluten free, Wheat free and Lacteous free)
- Confident in being creative with foods
- Confident to follow recipes
- Monday – Friday mainly cooking, kitchen management
Accommodation if live-in will be separate flat with own entrance
Salary: negotiable from £60K+ gross per year
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
