Randolphs sources experienced PAs and EAs, who may sometimes travel for high-end, permanent, temporary or seasonal posts within family or private offices. We also supply finance and office administration staff.

We specialise in candidates for high-end PA/EA positions within private or corporate offices, who have a track record of working at a senior level and are capable of many duties, including: managing and supervising domestic staff (sometimes at multiple properties); diary management; coordinating travel arrangements; researching and booking holidays; sourcing private jets and yachts; arranging parties and events; general office management; and multi-tasking in general.

In addition, we expect them to be loyal, discreet, resourceful and tenacious, and we place a high value on these qualities.
