Description
We are looking for a professional House Manager to work for our Private Client based in Mayfair.
 
This position is permeant, full-time & live-out
 
The duties include (but not limited to): 
 
  • Provide oversight of all household activities assuring timely and high-quality completion of all tasks.
  • Supervise the work of contractors, service people, artisans, and all other household and non-household employees assuring the best quality of work and adherence to all household standards and expectations.
  • Organize values accounting system (for example, antiques, porcelain, silver, furs, art, etc.), values storage and transfer; manage an inventory of the property, organizing and conducting a monthly check.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Management of all emergency and non-emergency situations in the house (like leaks, accidents, equipment disconnection), and preparation of reports about these situations.
  • Assure that all routine household supplies are always on hand and in a planned quantity.
  • Maintain and manage household cash, corporate credit card, and supplier accounts.
  • Management of all utility bills.
  • Develop proposed budgets for running the household.
  • Organize and order staff uniform to ensure quality and quantity at all times.
  • Assist in the on boarding process for new hires, including interviewing, training and performance reviews.
  • Deal with all disciplinary matters that arose among the household staff.
  • Manage holidays, clock-in and clock-out, and absence database of all employees.
  • Management of all diaries, including appointments and birthdays’ calendar.
  • Wardrobe management and flower arranging.
  • Coordinating and planning extensive travel itineraries both domestic and international, booking both private and commercial travel accommodations.
 
Requirements:
5 year’s experience in a similar position,
Fluent in the English and Russian language is a must
 
Salary is negotiable, from £50K++
 
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
