Description: On behalf of our private clients based in Regents Park, we are looking for a private Chef who is an expert in Chinese cuisine.

The position is permanent, full-time, live-out or live-in

The principals are looking for a Chef with over 5 years relevant experience, Michelin-starred / Black Pearl restaurant working experience is preferred & must be a Good at team player.

Cuisine:Guangdong cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine, Sichuan cuisine and Hunan

Duties:

Prepare three meals a day for the family（usually 2 chefs work together）

Daily meals will primarily be healthy, well balanced, delicious, and beautifully served family style

From time-to-time chef may be required to prepare food for larger dinner parties

Prepare meals for the household staff (up to 10 depending on the rota)

May be required to travel with the family from time to time to other properties

Working days:5 days a week, a schedule will be provided each week - including every other weekend

Working hours:must be flexible

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 gross per annum + overtime on a pro rata basis

Holiday: 20 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
