- Description
- We are looking for a permanent Russian speaking Head Butler/Catering Manager for our private clients in Vevey.
The ideal Head Butler will have previous experience in a similar role, hands on, organised, have a passion & understanding of high standards, able to manage others and work in a team, have an eye for detail, discreet and professional.
Responsibilities:
Ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with appropriate maintenance standards
Organising and overseeing the service team such as Maids, Waiter, Nannies & ensure standards are being met
Quality control of routines and general cleaning
Keeping a list of purchase made such as products/materials
Tracking & reporting any maintenance requirement for the property in a timely manner
Oversee & organise work schedules/shifts for rotational service team
Work with the wardrobe (control of completeness, seasonal change of wardrobe, cleaning, organization of purchases and fittings)
Oversee the movement of the client’s personal belongings during trips: creating a list of transported items and transferring it to the receiving party.
Packing luggage for travel
Oversee & control orders, quality, and packaging of grocery purchases for the principals
Staff training - regular and special training
During Relocation - accommodation -on site for up to 3 months, after which the employee rents housing on their own
Days & Hours of work: 5.5 working days / 1.5 days off, 48 hours per week, must be happy with a flexible weekend schedule
Salary CHF 8000+ gross per month/CHF 96,000K + gross
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
