On behalf of our private clients, we are looking for a Live-out Nanny to look after two sets of twins (three-year-old boy/girl and six-year-old girls)
The ideal Nanny will be an enthusiastic and caring individual with a passion for a childcare, creative, intellectual, possess strong communication skills, active, and encourage child development.
There is a Housekeeper & Chef employed by the family, so a team player is a must.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Organize outdoor activities, fostering a love of nature and physical fitness in the children.
- Creating games, arts, and storytelling to enhance children’s imagination and learning.
- Advocate for healthy, balanced eating habits, guiding the children towards making nutritious choices.
- School & after school runs
- Assisting with homework and supporting educational endeavors.
- Collaborating with the family's housekeeper and chef to meet the children’s dietary needs.
- Managing bedtime routines.
- Coordinating a Nanny replacement during annual leave periods.
- Occasional overnight cover may be requested (on average once a month for two to three days)
- Travel during school half terms and breaks will be required
- While driving is not essential, enthusiasm and dedication are paramount
Package/Benefits/Salary
- £40k-£50k gross per year
- A yearly CPD budget
- 28 days’ annual leave per year pro-rated (bank holidays will need to be worked, although, the family will give major holidays such as Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter Day off).
Working days: 3pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday (25 hours per week) during term time and 10-hour days during school holidays
To start: July 2024 (latest August 2024)
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
