Live-out House Manager in Munich

We are looking for a full-time House Manager on behalf of our private clients based in Munich to oversee several properties & staff in Europe.

The ideal House Manager will have solid & professional experience as a House Manager in luxury property/UHNW/VIP environments with references from previous employers, happy to travel, have no work or travel restrictions in the EU, confident & experienced with staff management, profound cleaning experience of high-quality materials (Marble, parkette / slate floor etc.), must be a driver with a valid license, flexible to be available certain weekends & public holidays, discreet, reliable, responsible, must be able to speak fluent  English and/or German, French.

Duties/Responsibilities - Coordination of the following properties: 

• Munich, Germany (4.500 sqm): Responsible for 2 Housekeeper + 1 Cleaning Staff + 1 Facility Manager/Gardener


• Kitzbühel, Austria (1.500 sqm): Responsible for 1 Housekeeper + 1 Cleaning Staff


• Saint Tropez, France (1.500 sqm): Responsible for 1-2 Housekeeper + 1 Cleaning Staff+ Facility Manager/Gardener


• Management and coordination of all staff (three homes by now)


• Implementation of a 5-star standard in all homes


• Accounting and cost controlling


• Recruiting


• Regular personal check of all houses


• Supervision and coordination of craftsmen


• Bonus - Occasional cooking skills in low-carb cuisine (especially Asian / Mediterranean cuisine) for occasionally events

Holidays: 26-30 days/year

Annual Salary: €100.000 incl. Bonus
