On behalf of our returning UHNW clients, we are seeking a Residential Security Agent (RSA) to provide security and logistics support to the family, guests, and property, ensuring their safety and the safety of the premises.
The RSA will work well as part of a team, with occasional travel to a London residence.
This role will be suited to someone who is Ex Military/Ex Police/intense Private Security personnel looking for a slower pace and wanting to go into an RSA role on a full-time, long-term bases.
Please NOTE - Must be willing to be subject to enhanced background and reference checks.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Ensure premises are secure through specific procedures and frequent patrols
- Monitor electronic security systems and respond appropriately to alarms or other indications
- Interact with clients and guests
- Provide initial response and care for medical emergencies
Skill/Qualifications/ Requirements:
- SIA License
- Clean DBS
- Valid driver's license
- Two years security and protective operations experience - military, security officer and law enforcement are ideal backgrounds
- Appropriate physical fitness, including the ability to stand for long periods (>2 hours) and walk long distances (>2 miles)
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- A good working knowledge of best practice security standards and procedures
- Professional appearance and demeanour to interact with clients/guests (customer service and client relation skills)
- Integrity, thoroughness, and preparedness
Working Days/Hours: Work a variety of days and hours, including nights and weekends, at the discretion of management.
Salary: hourly rate negotiable depending on experience and qualification.
Start: ASAP
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
