Our private client is seeking a highly meticulous and service-driven Housekeeper to join a fully staffed household home to high-profile principal based near St James’s Park. This is a hands-on role within a professional team, requiring exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a tailored, high-standard service at all times. The successful candidate will work closely with a tight knit team including House Manager, Lead Housekeeper, and large team of Housekeepers plus Laundress to ensure the smooth running and presentation of the residence.
Working days & hours: 45 hours per week on a rota basis between Monday – Sunday, 9:00am – 9:00pm (including occasional night shift cover as required, private bedroom provided for night shift).
Duties will include –
o All hands-on cleaning and housekeeping to an exceptional standard
o Following daily and weekly task lists as directed by the House Manager
o Handover between shifts to ensure seamless service
o Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all rooms, pantries and appliances
o Monitoring household supplies, checking expiry dates and compiling shopping lists
o Supporting with basic meal preparation and liaising with the Chef when on duty
o Ensuring fresh flowers are maintained and presented beautifully
o Light outdoor upkeep including patios and garden areas
o Assisting with pet care for a small dog
o Liaising with staff and external contractors as required
o Reporting maintenance issues promptly
o Occasional support accompanying the client to appointments or assisting as needed
o Any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the household
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organised and proactive, with previous experience working in UHNW private households. They should be discreet, personable and a strong team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: Up to £48,000 gross per annum + overtime paid at £20 per hour (uniform provided)
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
