On behalf of our private, returning client, we are seeking a warm, organised, and experienced Native Mandarin speaking After-School Nanny to support a busy family with three children aged 13, 10 and 9 years old in Gloucester Road. This is a shared care role working alongside a very hands-on mother, and the family are looking for someone who is a natural team player and genuinely enjoys the after-school hours.
Working hours / schedule:
Monday to Friday (flexible with number of days)
- 3:30pm/4:00pm – 7:00pm/8:00pm
Duties include:
- Collecting the children from school and managing the after-school handover
- Supervising homework and providing academic support, particularly for the older child
- Driving the children to and from after-school activities as needed, including when school runs overlap
- Preparing and cooking a healthy dinner for the children
- Supporting bath time and evening routines
- Assisting with laundry and light tidying of children's areas after school
- Working collaboratively and harmoniously alongside the mother
- Carrying out any additional childcare duties as reasonably requested by the family
Salary: £20-25 gross per hour
Start date: ASAP
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
