On behalf of our returning private client, we are seeking a proactive candidate to oversee day to day F&B operations, managing a team of 25-30 F&B staff across multiple local residential properties.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, staff including Chefs, Butlers and Kitchen Porters
This is a hands-on role that requires a balance of operational experience, staff supervision and the associated administrative duties.
Our client is seeking an experienced supervisor who is calm, diplomatic and used to working across busy F&B operations within private homes ideally but also restaurants & hotels.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9.15am - 5.45pm plus on-call every 2/3rd weekend (most issues resolved over phone)
Key Responsibilities
Skills required:
A strong background in F&B/Hospitality, ideally in a similar environment.
An excellent knowledge of kitchen and F&B service operations, including H&S.
Experience of managing a large team of staff, with the ability to lead by example.
A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail with high quality standards.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working in what can be a fast-moving environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.
Good IT and administrative skills.
Clean driving licence.
Salary: £45-50k gross DOE
