Live-In Travelling Housekeeper in London & Milan

On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly discreet Live-In Travelling Housekeeper to support a UHNW Principal across two 4 bed residences in London and Milan. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive Housekeeper who can work independently, anticipate needs, and seamlessly manage two private homes while travelling with the Principal. The successful candidate will be based primarily in London, with regular travel to Milan and other countries. The Principal values privacy and personal space and is looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and professional, while maintaining appropriate boundaries at all times. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running, use their initiative, and confidently communicate when necessary. This is a long-term opportunity for an exceptional Housekeeper seeking a varied and rewarding role supporting a UHNW Principal between London and Milan.

Responsibilities

• Full housekeeping duties across both residences


• Laundry care, ironing, and wardrobe management


• Maintaining exceptionally high housekeeping standards


• Grocery shopping and household provisioning


• Preparation of simple, healthy, and nutritious meals


• Packing and unpacking for travel


• Caring for and travelling with the Principal's small Italian Greyhound dog


• Ensuring both properties are fully prepared and organised at all times


• Assisting with guests when required

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working within a private household, ideally for UHNW clients


• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently


• Flexible and adaptable to frequent travel and changing environments


• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy


• Comfortable caring for and travelling with a small dog


• Able to settle quickly into different residences and routines


• Italian language skills would be advantageous but are not essential


• Warm and personable while maintaining professional boundaries


• Takes initiative and anticipates needs


• Respectful of the Principal's privacy and personal space

Salary: £70,000 per annum

Location: London & Milan (London-based with frequent travel)

Accommodation: Provided

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
