Traveling Chef in Dubai

We are seeking a private chef in Dubai on behalf of our UHNW British clients.

Schedule: The position is permanent, live-out, full-time 5 days per week.

The ideal chef will have 3-5 years of experience working for HNW clients with children, has an EU or UK passport and travel with the family when needed.

Duties:

• Meal preparation: Prepare high-end, restaurant-quality meals with excellent taste and presentation, using organic or premium-quality ingredients for the family.


• Menu planning and preferences: Maintain detailed, organised notes on each family member’s preferences, favourite recipes and preferred ingredients, and prepare weekly menus.


• Ingredient sourcing and stock control: Shop for the freshest organic ingredients available, remove expired items from the home and check perishable items daily.


• Service coordination: Work closely with the Butler to ensure smooth meal service. When the Butler is unavailable, assist with serving meals, washing dishes and cleaning food preparation areas.


• Kitchen organisation and hygiene: Keep the kitchen, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, pantries and food storage areas exceptionally clean, organised and well maintained.


• Service improvement: Provide feedback to the Head Butler / Service Manager and recommend improvements to service protocols.


• Travel: Travel with the family to the UK, Europe and the US as required.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong international and European culinary repertoire, with the ability to prepare simple, refined dishes, accommodate special diets such as keto, vegetarian and gluten-free, bake confidently, and create imaginative meals for children.

Start Date: ASAP, trial in London or Europe in June/July 2026
Salary: £75, 000 net annual
