Live-in Chef in Yorkshire

On behalf of our private client, we are looking for an experienced chef to work in a beautiful privately-owned country house in Nun Monkton.

Schedule: The position is permanent, live-in, full-time and 5 days per week.

You will work in the UK's best country house destination for corporate groups, private celebrations, and family gatherings alike. It will be the first time in its 350-year history that the property will be available to let to the public.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Comfortable cooking for groups to a high standard and designing seasonal menus that inspire, whether for a laid-back family supper or a multi-course corporate dinner.

Start date: 1st September 2026

Accommodation: 2-bedroom separate staff cottage on the estate shared with the House Manager

Salary: Starting from £60,000 gross per year  

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
