We are seeking a highly sophisticated and tech-savvy Bilingual House Manager for a prominent UHNW family. This role is a modern operational leader, moving beyond traditional management to run the estate with digital-first operations, strict legal compliance, and clear procedures.
Schedule: The position is permanent, live-out, full -time
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial & Legal Control: Ensure 100% HMRC and UK employment law compliance. Manage payroll, contracts, and NDAs. Audit all utility bills and vendor contracts to eliminate errors.
- Team & Rota Management: Restructure the 10+ FTE staff into a seamless 24/7 rota system. Unify a multi-cultural team, establish clear duties, and resolve internal conflicts.
- Digital Estate Management: Implement digital inventory systems (e.g., Sortly) for assets and automate procurement for household supplies.
- Principal Relations: Act as the key liaison, translating complex UK administration into visual, bilingual (English/Chinese) dashboards for the Principals.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Native-level fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Experience: 5-8 years managing UHNW estates or luxury hotels in the UK.
- Skills: Solid UK employment law knowledge, tech-savvy (Google Workspace, management software), and an assertive yet empathetic leadership style.
- Compliance: Must pass a background check, credit check, and 6-month probation.

Salary: negotiable £80,000 – £100,000 GBP + performance bonus, private health insurance, and pension
