On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly discreet Live-In Housekeeper / Dog Nanny to support a UHNW Principal based in Milan.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, proactive, and highly organised individual who can work independently, anticipate needs, and seamlessly manage the day-to-day running of the Principal's private apartment. The Principal values privacy and personal space and is looking for someone who is warm, approachable, and professional, while maintaining appropriate boundaries at all times.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running, use their initiative, and confidently communicate when necessary. This is a long-term hybrid Housekeeper / Dog Nanny role, ideally suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining an immaculate home while providing loving, attentive care for a much-loved dog.
Responsibilities
Full housekeeping duties
Laundry care, ironing, and meticulous wardrobe management
Maintaining exceptionally high housekeeping standards
General household organisation and ensuring the home runs smoothly
Grocery shopping and household provisioning
Running household errands as required
Preparation of simple, healthy, and nutritious meals
Providing attentive day-to-day care for the Principal's small Italian Greyhound
Ensuring the apartment is always clean, organised, and fully stocked
Assisting with guests when required
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience working within a private household, ideally supporting UHNW clients
Previous experience caring for dogs and a genuine love of animals
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Confident managing a household and anticipating the Principal's needs
Warm and personable while maintaining professional boundaries
Respectful of the Principal's privacy and personal space
Italian language skills would be advantageous but are not essential
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Location: Milan, Italy
Accommodation: Live-in accommodation provided.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
