Live-in Nanny in Brazil and Sweden

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a warm and experienced Sole Charge Nanny for a lovely international family with two young kids aged 3 and 1. The role splits the year between Sao Paulo, Brazil and the family's estate in the Swedish countryside. The whole household communicates in English. The family also has a  hef and housekeeper so team player skills is a must for this role.

The family follow the Montessori approach and care a great deal about healthy eating, outdoor time and early learning. They are looking for someone who shares these values and is ready to commit to a long-term role. Most importantly, they want someone who is genuinely kind and caring, and who will be a stable, trusted presence in their children's lives. The family also have a dog so successful candidate must be a pet friendly.

Location / schedule:

• August - June: Sao Paulo, Brazil


• June - August: Swedish countryside


• Monday to Friday, up to 12 hours per day

Duties include:

• Sole charge care for two kids aged 3 and 1


• Managing daily routines such as meals, nap times, activities and bedtime


• Following the Montessori approach in day-to-day activities and learning


• Planning fun, age-appropriate activities as indoors and outdoors


• Taking the eldest to the British school in Sao Paulo from August


• Driving the children safely - a car is provided


• Travelling with the family between locations


• Helping care for the family's dog on the Swedish estate

The successful candidate will:

• Have native-level English is essential

• Have solid sole-charge experience with babies and young children


• Be warm, patient, reliable and genuinely passionate about childcare


• Know and believe in the Montessori approach


• Be a confident driver is essential (must be able to drive on both sides of the road)


• Be healthy, active and happy to spend lots of time outdoors


• Be comfortable with an international lifestyle and moving between two countries 

Salary: Up to £60k gross per year

CPD budget: £170 per annum

Annual leave: Up to 28 days per year

Visa: Fully sponsored by the family; 1 trip home per year can be offered

Accommodation: Self-contained accommodation provided at both locations

To start: 1st August 2026

Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
