Live-out Housekeeper in Central London

Our private client is seeking an experienced Live-out Housekeeper to join the team at their second residence in central London, which is typically occupied for 1 week per month on average. The property is maintained year-round to exceptional standards, and the successful candidate will work alongside an established housekeeping team to ensure the home is always presented impeccably.

This is a hands-on housekeeping role requiring prior UHNW private household experience and the ability to consistently deliver exceptional housekeeping standards.

Schedule: The salary is based on an average working week of approximately 40 hours.

Candidates should be happy to work flexibly across 7 days where required when the principal is in residence. Any additional hours worked during busier periods will be returned as time off in lieu during quieter periods when the property is unoccupied.

Duties will include –

• Full housekeeping and cleaning to an exceptional standard


• Laundry and ironing


• Maintaining the overall cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the property


• Preparing the residence ahead of the principal's arrival and restoring it following departure


• Maintaining the property to immaculate standards throughout periods of non-occupancy

The ideal candidate will be –

An experienced Housekeeper with previous UHNW private household experience and a proven ability to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping. Candidates should be proactive, discreet, trustworthy and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt their working schedule during periods when the principal is in residence.

Start date: 1st September 2026

Salary: £55,000 gross per annum 

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
