On behalf of our returning client, we are seeking a warm, engaging and Part-Time Nanny for a lovely family in Chelsea with one boy aged 8. Their child is starting learning French at school in September and the family are looking for someone who can naturally reinforce his French language skills through day-to-day conversation and activities. The kid is bright, sporty and curious and loves chess, tennis and golf, and the family would love someone who can match same energy and interests.
Working hours:
- Approximately 10–12 hours per week
- After school and/or weekends
Duties include:
- Occasional school pick-ups
- Taking the child to extracurricular activities
- Spending quality time with him after school
- Weekend evening babysitting when the parents go out
- Occasional overnight stays when the family travel (once a trusting relationship has been established)
- Naturally reinforcing French language skills through conversation and play
The successful candidate will:
- Be a fluent or native French speaker is essential
- happy to work on a self-employed basis (preferred)
Salary: £25 gross per hour, negotiable for the right candidate
To start: September 2026
