Pauline has 15 years’ experience working in the private staff recruitment sector and is our head of private household recruitment at Randolphs since joining in 2014.

As our head of private household recruitment, Pauline oversees a team of consultants who specialise in sourcing and placing domestic service staff, including butlers, chefs, house managers, housekeepers, ladies' maids, nannies, and PAs.

Originally from Burgundy in France, where Pauline worked as a project manager in the culture sector, she holds a degree in economy and a master’s degree in management.  Pauline also looks after Randolphs' many French-speaking clients and candidates, in their native language. She strongly believes in meeting as many candidates as possible in person, as well as clients – who may be a PA, House Manager or Principal directly – to get the best possible understanding of their needs. She loves looking after her team and supporting them.
