Our HNW private clients based in Ascot are seeking a reliable, flexible Maintenance Manager to work in the grounds of their beautiful residence.
The Maintenance Manager must live locally to Ascot, the role will include travel to London once a week to check on a second property.
Duties are very much hands on, undertaking DIY, maintenance, handyman duties and preferably have an electrical qualification.
Hours/Days: - 5 days per week Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: £55k+
Start: ASAP
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
