Live-in Facilities Manager/Gardener in St Tropez

On behalf of our private clients, we are looking for a Facilities Manager/Gardner for their secondary residency in St Tropez, (1.500 sqm including garden).

The ideal Facility Manager/Gardener will have several years of professional experience, excellent references from previous employers, independent and proactive way of working, no restrictions working & living in the EU, have a valid drivers license, discreet, reliable, responsible, independent and proactive, must be fluent in English, and/or in German.

Days/Hours: 40H / week – flexible to work at the weekends and during holiday season when/if technical problems occur

Responsibilities:

• Minor repairs and maintenance of all buildings, objects in the house and on the property
  
  
  
  • Technically savvy & experienced in dealing with/fixing luxury appliances throughout the whole property as well as heating, ventilation systems, sanitation etc.
  
  
  • Maintenance of the entire private garden area including lawn and plant care, watering, keeping the pool area clean and all work required to maintain the garden and driveway.
  
  
  • Maintenance of the vehicle fleet (manual washing of vehicles and refuelling)
  
  
  • Supervision and coordination of tradesmen
  
  
  • Bonus –Technology savvy (high-end technology throughout the whole residence)

• Long- term working contract / employment

• Annual salary: negotiable, depending on experience
