Housekeeper/Cook in Chelsea

Our client, a private family in Chelsea, requires an experienced Housekeeper / Cook for their busy family home. Ready to start ASAP!

This a wonderful opportunity to look after a family of three (two adults and a child) plus three cats based in Chelsea.

The ideal candidate must be pet friendly (cat loving person), discreet honest, polite, professional, diligent, experienced, focused and determined.

As an experienced housekeeper/cook you will work to an exceptionally high standard with fantastic organisational skills across all housekeeping duties and laundry, with a good knowledge of products. Confident in providing healthy meals, sourcing the best produce, and liaising with the principal when required. 

Working day(s)/hour(s): to be agreed

Salary: (depending on qualifications, skills, and experience).

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• All cleaning and housekeeping duties


• Laundry and ironing (cashmere care & mending / sewing clothes)


• Wardrobe management (creating systems to organise clothing)


• Confident cook of healthy meals with the ability to create weekly menus


• Dry cleaning management and collection


• Online shopping and recipe sourcing and booking appointments


• Child friendly


• Pet friendly


• Running errands

Candidates must be / have:

• Proven track record of longevity in similar roles


• Excellent written and spoken English


• DBS Report (or happy to undergo process if required)


• Happy and willing to sign an NDA


• Flexible


• Reliable


• Discreet


• Hardworking


• Organised

 Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
