Live-in Housekeeper in Ibiza

Our clients are seeking a full-time Live-In Housekeeper for their seasonal residence in Ibiza. The household is occupied by the principals for 4–8 weeks during the summer months, with a reduced workload for the rest of the year, making this an ideal role for experienced candidates seeking a long-term, relaxed post with a flexible annual schedule.

This role is best suited to an individual with excellent initiative, the ability to work independently, and a very high standard of household management.

Schedule: Based on a core schedule of 37.5 hours per week. When the principals are not in residence, Flexible and reduced workload. When the principals are in residence, core hours are typically 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional compensated overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth daily running and cleanliness of the residence during periods of occupancy


• General housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and care of delicate fabrics


• General cleaning, with occasional optional cooking services (not essential)


• Light garden maintenance and basic outdoor upkeep


• Oversee and coordinate with external contractors, service providers, and suppliers


• Routine maintenance checks and reporting any required repairs


• Running occasional errands and sourcing household supplies


• General upkeep of the property during unoccupied months (low workload and flexible schedule)


• Flexible support as needed during the principal’s stays – including increased hours and duties

Ideal Candidate(s) Will:

• Speak fluent Spanish (essential); English is highly beneficial


• Have a valid driving license


• Possess at least 5 years’ experience within luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, yachts, or high-end / UHNW private households and possess an exceptional eye for detail and cleanliness.


• Be proactive, trustworthy, and discreet


• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards


• Be highly organised and able to work independently


• Have skills including general maintenance, gardening, and light cooking (optional)

Accommodation: A private, high-end apartment will be provided

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: €2,500 net per month (plus accommodation provided)

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
