Live-out Housekeeper/Cook in Kent

On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a reliable, experienced Housekeeper-Cook for a single-occupancy private residence in Kent. The client moves between properties within Maidstone and is looking for a versatile individual who can assist with both household cleaning and batch cooking. This is an ongoing, part-time role suited to a self-motivated professional comfortable working independently.

Cleaning visits: Twice per month

Cooking visits: Once per week or once per fortnight (to be agreed)

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• General cleaning of the property including bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom to a high standard


• Linen changes, laundry, and washing


• Batch cooking and weekly meal preparation for a single occupant


• Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy following cooking sessions


• Managing household supplies and flagging when replenishment is needed


• Adapting to the client’s schedule across properties within Maidstone as required


• Carrying out any additional duties as reasonably requested by the principal

Salary: Up to £30 gross per hour, dependent on experience

Start Date: June 2026

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
