On behalf of our client, we are seeking a warm, friendly, and experienced tutor to work with their bright 5 year old daughter over the summer period from 1st July to 22nd July. Providing enjoyable, age-appropriate kindergarten-level learning sessions, helping develop foundational skills. Focusing on areas such as, English, mathematics, reading, spelling and creative activities.
The ideal Tutor, will be able to make learning fun and interactive while supporting the child's confidence and enthusiasm for education. This is an excellent opportunity for a tutor who enjoys working with young learners and can create a positive, nurturing learning environment in a private home setting. Their daughter is very creative and enjoys a variety of educational activities, particularly reading and art.
Hours: 1-1.5 hours, 3 sessions a week
Duties Include:
- Deliver engaging kindergarten-level lessons in English, maths, reading, and spelling.
- Plan fun. age-appropriate educational activities.
- encourage confidence and a positive attitude towards learning.
- Incorporate creative activities, including art, where appropriate.
- Provide feedback to parents on progress and development.
Salary: £50 - £100 per 1 hr session - Depending on experience
Start Date: 1st July to 22nd July
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
