Live-in Housekeeper / Property Caretaker in Anguilla

About the role

On behalf of our private clients we are seeking a highly reliable and self-sufficient individual who can take full responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep and smooth running of their home for their family, and particularly in their absence while on vacation. This is a long-term position suited to someone who is proactive, hands on, and detail-oriented.

We are looking for someone committed to a long-term role who will treat the home with care and be seamlessly integrated with the family.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping throughout the residence
* Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe/linen organization
* Managing household supplies, including grocery shopping
* Preparing simple, healthy daily meals
* Feeding and caring for 3 lovely dogs
* Handling basic maintenance and minor repairs
* Overseeing outdoor areas and general property upkeep
* House sitting and ensuring the security and smooth operation of the home while the family is away
* Liaising with and supervising external contractors when required

Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Discreet, trustworthy, and highly responsible
* Able to work independently and manage multiple aspects of the property
* Practical and hands-on, with basic maintenance skills
* Comfortable with pets
* Drivers license

Accommodation: Private on-site accommodation, with a separate apartment and kitchenette provided. The apartment has an ocean view.

Salary: USD 1,500–2,000 per month, depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
