We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper for a private family in Hersham, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey This role demands the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and discretion.
Schedule: The position ispermanent, live-out, full-time. Ideally Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Friday, approx. 8/9am – 5/6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care.
- Provide cooking when the chef is off duty.
- Occasional wardrobe care
- Run occasional errands as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a private household or 5-star hotel environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and high standards.
- Knowledge of Russian or Eastern European cuisine is a bonus
- Professional, reliable, and discreet.
- Must provide checkable references.
- Local candidates from Surrey are preferred (property is a 20-minute walk from the station).
Start: ASAP
Salary: Negotiable from £42,000 gross per annum
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
