On behalf of our private client, we are seeking an experienced Live-in Domestic Couple to manage a substantial private residence in Keston Park. The property is a 20,000 square metre estate featuring an 8-bedroom, four-storey home with amenities including a cinema and formal drawing room. The household is a family of four, including a 1-year-old and a 15-year-old, so a child-friendly couple is essential. The property is located within a secure, gated community, offering a very safe and pleasant working environment.
We are looking for a well-rounded and hands-on couple who can each contribute versatilely across both roles, going beyond a single primary skill set. This is a long-term position, and the client is happy to wait for the right couple.
Working Days & Hours
Full-time, 5 days per week. The family would prefer weekend coverage with two days off during the week; however, they are open to a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend support.
Houseman / Chauffeur Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a confident, practical and proactive individual with the following experience:
- Confident driver with a background in chauffeur duties
- Butler or household management experience
- Ability to oversee and coordinate contractors
- Hands-on support with general household operations
- Pool maintenance checks (pH levels, plant room/boiler monitoring)
- Running household errands
Housekeeper Nanny Key Requirements
We are looking for a warm and experienced candidate with the following background:
- Strong childcare experience, comfortable caring for a 1-year-old and supporting with a newborn expected later this year
- Happy to assist with light cooking and meal preparation (no formal chef experience required)
- General household support alongside childcare duties
- Other Staff:
- Full-time Housekeeper (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm)
- External gardening company (twice per week)
Accommodation: A stunning 1-bedroom private accommodation is provided, including a sitting room, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. All bills are included. Please note the accommodation is connected to the main house but has its own private entrance.
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 per annum
